Zumba
Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included.

Circuit Training
Circuit training workout includes about 8-12 exercise stations. After completing a station, you move quickly to the next station. A muscular strength and endurance circuit alternates muscle groups, such as upper body, lower body and core, so little or no rest is needed in between stations.

Pilates Springboard
Springboard is a fantastic Pilates workout similar to Reformer work, yet with many of the great challenges offered by the Tower/Cadillac. The work is done on a mat, directly below a long wall board with springs. It is an entirely different way by demanding more core control and coordination of strength and movement. With individual springs for each arm and each leg, Springboard work offers a greater challenge and opportunity to work on imbalances in the body.

Pole Fitness
Pole Fitness combines dance and acrobatics centred on a vertical pole. This activity has gained tremendous popularity as a mainstream form of fitness, practiced by many enthusiasts in gyms and in dedicated dance studios. It is a hard demanding but also fun and rewarding sport!
